For the mandatory briefing and site visit Tenderers should note the following with further details available in Section A of the tender documents.

Tenderers must ensure that when visiting the Site its personnel do so in accordance with PPA’s safety and other requirements. Tenderers are required to wear full Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment (PPE) during the site visit. Full PPE consists of safety footwear; safety helmet (hard hat); safety glasses with side shields to AS/NZS 1337 standard; high visibility clothing; long sleeve shirt and trousers; protective clothing as necessary and hearing protection as necessary.

Tenderers must provide their own vehicles for the site visit fitted with an operational roof mounted amber flashing light and a 2 way radio. It is also preferable that the vehicle is 4WD.
