Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from registered builders who are suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at the following void properties:
- Lot 3, 3 Bidan Street, Bindi Bindi, WA, 6710
- Lot 11, 11 Bidan Street, Bindi Bindi, WA, 6710
- Lot 12, 12 Bidan Street, Bindi Bindi, WA, 6710
- Lot 17, 17 Bidan Street, Bindi Bindi, Wa, 6710
The Work includes but is not limited to the following works as specified in the Scope of Works:
- Cabinetry
- Electrical
- Windows ? repaired or replaced
- Plumbing
- Ceilings ? repair and repaint
- Preliminaries
- External works
- External Structure including but not limited to doors, fascia?s, barge boards and windows and security screens
- Roof works

- Painting Internal and external ? prepare and repaint
- Flooring ? repair or replace
- Tiling
- Shower Screens
- Condition report on solar panel
- Supply and install air-conditioner
- Allowances for asbestos removal
- Windows ? test and report
- General building works such as preliminaries, clean-up of interior and exteriors
- Pest control

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote.
All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
