We’re excited to announce that the lighting upgrades at Capricorn, Kangaroo, and Boomerang Ovals are now complete! This project was delivered in collaboration with the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries through the Club Night Lights Program. Installation finished ahead of schedule, with final preparations wrapped up last week.
A big thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project to life, and to our community for your patience and support while the works were underway. This upgrade is part of the Shire of East Pilbara’s Strategic Recreation Master Plan, supporting improved facilities for local clubs and community sport.
