Registration of Interest for Subcontractors Housing Maintenance Works & Services in Metro, Regional & Remote WA.

Dept of Communities are seeking to develop a list of multi-trade or sub-contractors interested in providing services to the future Head Maintenance Contractor.

Communities aims to:

• facilitate engagement between single and multi-trade contractors and subcontractors that complete an ROI and prospective head maintenance contractors that will be responding to the Request for Tender for head maintenance contractors,
• Increase its awareness and knowledge of ACCOs and Registered Aboriginal Businesses that are interested in delivering housing maintenance works and services in metropolitan, regional and remote Western Australia, and particularly in Aboriginal communities,
• Increase its awareness and knowledge of Australian Disability Enterprises (ADEs) that are interested in delivering housing maintenance works and services in metropolitan, regional and remote Western Australia, and
• Increase its understanding of any barriers that may be standing in the way for ACCOs, Aboriginal businesses and ADEs to deliver maintenance works and services and how we may be able to help to reduce those barriers.
