The Toolbox – Shire of East Pilbara Resource Booklet
The Tool Box has launched and now available to those clubs who have not received a copy!
The Shire of East Pilbara’s Sport Club Tool Box is the essential toolkit for your Club Committee. It provides a useful central portal of documents and information for your Club Committee to help run the Club effectively and efficiently.
The Tool Box remains within the Club and covers governance and club operations. It provides an induction point for new committee members and a hand-over resource from the previous Club Committee. It is also a practical connecting point for the Shire of East Pilbara’s Club Development Officer to provide ongoing club support.
Each chapter is set up as a ‘folder’ = including an Introduction, Club-specific content, tips, links and useful templates.
Sport Club volunteers play an integral role in delivering community sport and recreation within the community. However, our communities' transient nature means a significant turnover of valuable volunteers on an annual basis. Volunteers are busy people, and many seek ways to 'work smarter, not harder’. The Sport Club Tool Box provides a central portal of documents and valuable information which the Committee can pass on from one volunteer to the next volunteer, ensuring consistent Club activities and operations. The Sport Club Tool Box is about making everyone’s life easier.
All clubs will receive:
- Introduction and training on how to best make use of the content inside
- Portfolio, hard copy of The Tool Box & copy on USB
Sneek Peek:

Please secure a time to arrange collection with Club Development Officer, to ensure you get a small induction on how the document works.
