Youth Connections Coordinators offer one on one, personal case management to help young people overcome their barriers and engage in education. SOme of the barriers a Coordinator may help with are; reconnect with their families, help with boosting self esteem, resilience and confidence, help young people realise their goals and potential, strategies to cope with bullying issues, provide mentoring and an advocacy service and explore with them further training and post school options.Partnership Brokering program- partners with industries and business groups, schools, professional career advisors, community organisations, parents, young people, youth service providers and other government and community organisations to assist all young Australians.
