Pilbara Institute is the largest training provider in North West WA and enrolled approximately 8,000 students in 2012. This number includes residents of the major towns of Port Hedland, Karratha, Roebourne, Newman, Tom Price and Onslow and outlying communities, as well as individuals from all around the State and Fly In/Fly Out workers. The Institute is the largest trainer of apprentices and trainees in the region.
