Elected Member's Complaints Register

All complaints made against Shire of East Pilbara Elected Members, that result in a finding by the Local Government Standards Panel (under section 5.110(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 1995 ) that a minor breach has occured, must be recorded in a register of complaints, and that register must be published on the Shire's website.
