The Principal invites Offers from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to refurbish the gatehouse building at Yurlu Caravan Park, Newman, Western Australia.
Documentation will be available from Wednesday, 26 June 2024 on the Shire’s Tenderlink portal - https://portal.tenderlink.com/eastpilbara.
A mandatory site inspection will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday, 3rd July 2024 – refer to the Request documentation for further information on this site inspection.
Offers must be lodged in full by the Deadline being 10:00am (WST) Tuesday, 16 July 2024.

All questions with respect to the Specification must be asked via the public forum on the Tenderlink Portal.
