The local government has received an application to use the land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

Property: Unit 16, Lot 1415 (26) Hilditch Avenue, Newman

Proposal: Change of use from "shop" to motor vehicle repair".

Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire of East Pilbara Office, Cnr Kalgan and Newman Drives, Newman, online at Local Planning Services or by contacting Manager Development Services- Planning, Roy Winslow, on (08) 9175 8000.

Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before Friday 26 February 2016.
