Proposed Disposal of Property

Local Public Notice is given of the proposed disposal of land in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the
Local Government Act 1995, by the Shire of East Pilbara by way of a Lease in the following terms:

Property: That portion of Land comprising the Capricorn Oval Grandstand Clubrooms on Lot 995 on
Deposited Plan 215749 comprised in Crown Land Certificate of Title Volume LR3036 Folio 887.

Proposed Lessee: Saints Football and Sporting Club Inc.

Rent: $1 payable on demand

Term: An initial term of ten (10) years with one (1) possible further term of ten (10) years.

Independent Market Valuation: $1.

Submissions are invited from members of the public for Council’s consideration on the proposed
