Proposed Disposal of Property

Local Public Notice is given of the proposed disposal of land in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, by the Shire of East Pilbara by way of a Licence to Cedrent Enterprises Pty Ltd in the following terms:

Property: A portion of the Airport Reserve 44775, Newman Airport, known as Licence Area 30.

Proposed Lessee: Cedrent Enterprises Pty Ltd, trading as Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Rent: $7,000 plus GST per year, subject to an annual increase of 3% or CPI, whichever is the greater

Term: Six (6) months plus one (1) option for a further period of sixteen (16) months.

Valuation: $7,000 plus GST per year.
