Public Notice - Wild Dogs - Newman

Wild dog sightings have occurred in the vicinity of the Newman Refuse Site and public walkways around Radio Hill.

If a wild dog is sighted, please restrain and remove any animal you may have with you at the time as these dogs are extremely territorial. Do not approach or feed them.

For the safety of your dogs, all owners must ensure their dogs are registered and wearing registration and identification tags. All dogs must be adequately contained to property and on leads when in public. Rangers may conduct trapping in your area. All unidentifiable dogs captured will be impounded.
