Whilst not-for-profit and community service providers will be given precedence for office space allocation, commercial businesses may apply for office space, subject to annual availability. Commercial business may be offered tenancy agreement for a maximum duration of twelve months.
There are three (3) offices available for lease. Each office is 16m2 in size.

Tenders must be lodged in full by the Deadline being 10:00am (WST) Monday, 12th August 2024.
