Local Public Notice is given of the proposed disposal of land in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the
Local Government Act 1995, by the Shire of East Pilbara by way of a Lease in the following terms:

Property: A portion of land, within Reserve 42127, 2 Fortescue Avenue, Newman.

Proposed Lessee: Muzz Buzz Franchising Pty Ltd, Warren James Reynolds and Steven Leigh Pynt

Rent: $25,500 per annum plus GST.

Term: An initial term of three (3) years (2024 to 2027) with options for one (1) further term of two
(2) years (2027 to 2029).

Independent Market Valuation: $25,500.

Submissions are invited from members of the public for Council’s consideration on the proposed
